Ranova ("biz") olarak gizliliğinize önem veriyoruz. Bu politika, ranovam.com üzerinden hangi verileri neden işlediğimizi, nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar.
1. Bu site ne toplar
- İletişim formu yoktur. Bizimle yalnız e-posta ile iletişim kurarsınız, e-postanızda yazdığınız ad, e-posta adresi ve mesaj içeriği bize ulaşır.
- Sayfadaki hesaplayıcı ve demo tarayıcınızda çalışır, yazdıklarınız hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
- Teknik veriler: siteyi sunan barındırma sağlayıcısı, güvenlik ve performans için sunucu kayıtlarını (örneğin IP adresi, tarayıcı türü) kısa süreli tutabilir.
- Ölçüm: ziyaret istatistiklerini çerezsiz ve gizlilik dostu biçimde (Cloudflare Web Analytics) toplarız, sizi kişisel olarak tanımlamayız.
2. Verilerinizi ne için kullanırız
- E-postanıza yanıt vermek ve teklif hazırlamak.
- Siteyi sunmak, güvenliğini ve performansını iyileştirmek.
Verilerinizi reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara satmayız.

4. Saklama ve silme
E-posta yazışmalarını talebinizi yanıtlamak için gereken süre boyunca saklarız. Silinmesini isterseniz [email protected] adresine yazın, makul sürede sileriz.
5. Çerezler ve tarayıcı depolaması
Bu site çerez kullanmaz ve tarayıcınızda veri saklamaz. Reklam ya da izleme çerezi yoktur. Bu yüzden çerez onay kutusu da yoktur.
6. Görüntüler ve örnekler
Sitedeki müşteri işleri ilgili işletmenin izniyle gösterilir. Bazı arka plan görüntüleri lisanslı stok kayıttır ve öyle etiketlenir. Sayılar Ranova'nın tarihli iç üretim kayıtlarıdır, müşteri ya da satış sayısı değildir.

At Ranova ("we") we care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we process via ranovam.com and why, how we use it, and your rights.
1. What this site collects
- There is no contact form. You contact us by email only, so the name, email address and message you write reach us.
- The calculator and the demo on the page run in your browser, nothing you type is sent anywhere.
- Technical data: the hosting provider may keep server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) briefly for security and performance.
- Analytics: we measure visits with a cookieless, privacy-friendly tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics), we do not identify you personally.
2. How we use your data
- To answer your email and prepare a quote.
- To run the site and improve its security and performance.
We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
3. Service providers (processors)

4. Retention and deletion

5. Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
6. Footage and examples
Client work on the site is shown with the business's permission. Some background footage is licensed stock and is labelled as such. Numbers are Ranova's dated internal production records, not customer or sales counts.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data (see the Data Protection Notice). Requests: [email protected].
