Bu sayfa, Ranova (ADN Collections LLC) tarafından yayımlanan uygulamalarda açtığınız hesabın ve ona bağlı verilerin nasıl silineceğini anlatır.
Nasıl başvurulur
- Uygulamada hesap silme seçeneği varsa: uygulamanın ayarlarından "Hesabı sil".
- Ya da hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden studio@ranovam.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin, uygulamanın adını yazın.
Başvurunuzu en geç otuz gün içinde sonuçlandırır ve size e-postayla bildiririz.
Silinen veriler
- Hesap bilgileriniz (ad, e-posta, giriş bilgileri)
- Uygulamada oluşturduğunuz ve kaydettiğiniz içerik
- Hesabınıza bağlı tercih ve kullanım kayıtları
Saklanan veriler
Yasanın saklamamızı zorunlu kıldığı kayıtlar (örneğin vergi için fatura kayıtları) yalnız yasanın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır ve başka amaçla kullanılmaz. Mağazadan yaptığınız ödemelerin kayıtları Apple ya da Google'da tutulur, kart bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz.
Abonelik
Hesabı silmek mağaza aboneliğini iptal etmez. Ücret alınmaması için aboneliği önce mağazadan iptal edin (bkz. Destek).

This page explains how to delete an account you created in apps published by Ranova (ADN Collections LLC) and the data linked to it.
How to request deletion
- If the app has an account deletion option: "Delete account" in the app's settings.
- Or email studio@ranovam.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion" and the app's name.
We complete your request within thirty days at the latest and confirm by email.
Data we delete
- Your account details (name, email, sign-in details)
- Content you created and saved in the app
- Preference and usage records linked to your account
Data we keep
Records the law requires us to keep (for example invoice records for tax) are kept only for the period the law requires and are not used for anything else. Records of store payments are held by Apple or Google, we never see your card details.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. To stop being charged, cancel the subscription in the store first (see Support).
